Join our upcoming Leadership Transformation Cohorts. It's more than leadership development training, it's Leadership Transformation! In groups ranging from 8-15 people, leaders are exposed to a comprehensive leadership transformation.  All times listed are in Central Time.

DELIVERY

  • While many leadership training programs come as a one-time event or short-term learning experience, our process takes the time necessary to create behavioral change that lasts.

  • With the InitiativeOne Leadership Transformation Process, you get more. Leadership Transformation delivers 13+.

  • You will receive 13 3-hour sessions, plus a comprehensive PDP personality assessment, 1:1 assessment consultation, and informal coaching.

  • The process can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.

  • 16.8 CEUs available through UW-Green Bay
