What is your professional background?

Early in my career, I worked in special events and college admissions. The last 25 years, I've been blessed to be able to impact lives daily through leadership development, coaching, training, facilitation, and HR.

What is your greatest passion?

To help people return to loving help them remember who they were before the world got its hands on them.

What are the best books that you have read?

The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown. Vulnerability is key to personal liberation, inner peace, and truly connecting with others.

What is your favorite quote?

What is your family information?

Me and my two beautiful children, Cade and Cambria. Oh, and a sassy pooch.

What is your favorite hobby?

Being in nature...hiking the desert, snowshoeing my land, dipping my toes in a lake, hugging a tree, and simply breathing in the fresh air!

Who is your favorite superhero?

Dr. Strange. We all have gifts (super powers)!

Who is your favorite band?

Many 80's hair bands, but I'd have to say KISS.

If you could have dinner with anyone (past or present) who would it be?

My children. I cherish time with them.

What is one item on your bucket list?

Hang out in the mountains with the medicine people of Peru.

Who is someone that you admire?

My amazing grandmother. She is brave, resilient, and flows with life.
