Deanna Nighbor

Deanna graduated from UW-O with a major in Spanish. After graduating she spent 10 years working for a large transportation company on the Mexico team, customer service, and inside sales. When her family welcomed their second daughter, she became a stay-at-home mother. Over the past 12 years Deanna has enjoyed staying home with her three daughters Eva, Audrey, and Alice. When not in the Initiative One office, you can find Deanna substitute teaching, soaking up the sun, or spending time her in happy place – Door County, WI.
