    The InitiativeOne Executive Cohort provides an uncommon space for diligent leaders to continue the leadership journey after Leadership Transformation. This process builds beyond the InitiativeOne Leadership Transformation Process. Dr. Fred Johnson, Author, Keynote Speaker, and Founder of InitiativeOne, will facilitate an experience that is as refreshing as it is intense. Executive leaders will discover a safe environment to challenge and be challenged, and give and receive counsel from experienced peers. The InitiativeOne Executive Cohort meets monthly for ten 3-hour sessions.

This process builds beyond the InitiativeOne Leadership Transformation Process. InitiativeOne CEO Tracy Johnson will facilitate an experience that is as refreshing as it is intense. Executive leaders will discover a safe environment to challenge and be challenged and give and receive counsel from experienced peers. The Cohort meets for Nine monthly 3-hour sessions in 2026-2027 (skipping formal meetings in July and August).

    For Superintendents navigating the complexities of leadership, the Superintendent Executive Cohort offers a unique opportunity to continue growing. This program is designed for leaders who want to deepen their impact, especially in environments where conflict, disruption, and decision-making pressure are constant.

    Led by Dr. Phil Ertl, Vice President of Educational Leadership and Dr. Margaret Gilmore, Deputy VP of Educational Leadership at InitiativeOne, the cohort will invigorate leaders with an uncommon space to step out of their day-to-day challenges and focus on personal and professional growth. This is a space for reflection, renewal, and the honest, often difficult conversations that are necessary for sustained leadership success.
