Ellie Delebreau
Marketing Assistant
Ellie Delebreau is the Marketing Assistant at InitiativeOne Leadership Institute, where she supports marketing initiatives through creative content, event coordination, digital communication, and brand development. She is known for her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring ideas to life in a thoughtful and polished way.
Her passion for leadership began early and was shaped through her service as State President of the 2024 Wisconsin FCCLA State Executive Council, while also serving for two years on the Wisconsin FCCLA Board of Directors. These experiences strengthened her foundation in communication, collaboration, and leadership development, which continue to influence her work today.
Ellie is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where she continues to build her knowledge in business, communication, and brand strategy. Her leadership background and professional experience make her a strong contributor to InitiativeOne’s mission of transforming leaders and organizations.
