Hannah brings a strong foundation of professional skills developed through several years of experience in the service industry. Her background has equipped her with the ability to effectively multitask, communicate with clarity, and perform efficiently in high-pressure environments. She has also developed experience in emergency response coordination, demonstrating composure, and sound judgment in critical situations.
Since joining InitiativeOne, Hannah has progressed through multiple roles, beginning as an Operations and Client Service Assistant. Through her dedication and continued professional growth, she has advanced into her current role as Partner Engagement Coordinator. In this position, Hannah works closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
Hannah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She is deeply committed to the fields of leadership, psychology, and service, and intends to pursue a Master’s degree in forensic psychology. Hannah is driven to integrate her academic background and professional experience to contribute meaningful value in every role she undertakes.
