Meredith Campbell joins InitiativeOne as Business Development Director, bringing more than two decades of experience in driving high-level growth and fostering strategic partnerships. Known for her energetic leadership and "connector" mindset, Meredith has a proven track record of helping organizations scale by aligning talent with opportunities and building cultures of excellence.
Prior to joining InitiativeOne, Meredith held key leadership roles including Territory Account Executive, Regional Sales and Partnership Manager and Director of School Engagement, in addition to serving as a District Education Program Specialist. Through these collective experiences, she mastered the art of executive networking and brand elevation. Her career is defined by a passion for people, evident in her deep roots in community service and her ability to navigate complex business landscapes with a relationship-first approach.
At InitiativeOne, Meredith focuses on expanding our reach into School Districts and Organizations seeking to improve and grow in their leadership capabilities.
