Chris Johnson

Chris works closely with clients as Director of Client Services and as a Transformation Leader. He developed a passion and skillset to accelerate growth through 15 years of teaching and leading experience in K-12 public schools. He was a highly effective middle school teacher in rural Arkansas. He later went on to help found a school leader fellowship at the University of Arkansas and three high performing middle schools in Memphis and Phoenix.

He joined the InitiativeOne team after experiencing the Leadership Transformation process and seeing its ability to unlock people’s personal and professional potential. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in US history from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in education leadership from the University of Arkansas.
