PDP ProScan® Team Workshop
This powerful team workshop kicks off with an online leadership assessment, a customized report, and a consultation with a PDP expert to dive into one’s leadership, communication, and decision-making styles, as well as stress and sabotage patterns. Individual assessments are combined into a detailed Team Report for the workshop. The interactive workshop helps the team create a roadmap toward better communication, collaboration, and accountability.
