Facilitated Checkins
Leadership Checkins are designed to reinforce momentum, sharpen focus, and ensure the long-term success of your Leadership Transformation journey and personal/professional growth. These strategic follow-up sessions provide leaders with a structured opportunity to reconnect with core concepts, evaluate progress, and strengthen the behaviors that drive positive accountability, healthy trust, impact, and high performance.
Each Checkins session is designed to:

These sessions serve as essential touchpoints that help leadership teams stay grounded, stay consistent, and stay on purpose. Leadership Tune-Ups ensure that transformation isn’t an event, but a living, ongoing practice that equips leaders to navigate challenges with clarity, boldness, and courage.

Leadership Foundations
Unleash the strength of your team by combining individual PDP ProScan® personality assessments with 12 powerful hours of customized team training led by an InitiativeOne facilitator. During the sessions, you’ll begin to gain understanding of each other’s communication and behavioral styles and lay the groundwork for more effective and collaborative culture.

Train the Trainer
Train the Trainer was designed for organizations who have “built the box” of best practice leadership with upper management teams and are ready to bring Leadership Transformation to the rest of the organization. There is a prerequisite for this training, your team must have gone through Leadership Transformation.
Train the Trainer includes five (90 minute) sessions facilitated by internal facilitators. The most critical key models are delivered by Dr. Fred Johnson through professionally recorded video presentations. Teams will be introduced to expectations such as accountability, trust accelerators, problem solving, proactive decision-making, and other behavior and practices necessary for high-performing and healthy organizations.
CERTIFIED INTERNAL TEAM MEMBER TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Up to 12 individual leaders will be trained and certified by InitiativeOne. The training takes place over 3 days and includes customized materials specific to the organization. The internal facilitators are required to have completed the 9-week Leadership Transformation Process.


Executive Coaching

You’ll meet one-to-one with an InitiativeOne executive coach in private sessions where you can have candid, confidential discussions. We’ll listen, guide and provide feedback and highly effective tools to identify and address any personal roadblocks that stand in the way of your leadership success.
