Crisis Leadership Series
Join us for 4 weekly virtual sessions to help leaders pivot their leadership during this transition period. Leadership looks much different in a crisis environment. Let’s "lean in and "take action" by developing a new mindset and building new skills to create a sense of empowerment during challenging times. The iOne Crisis Leadership Series will offer both professional and personal tools and knowledge we can use to LEAD in times of CRISIS.
Crisis Leadership Series is designed for all leaders. Both Leadership Transformation Alumni and those new to our leadership community will benefit from this service.
Series will be scheduled as needed.
DELIVERY

The series will be delivered in 4 weekly 90 minute sessions.

​Leaders will receive an e-workbook to accompany the 4 week course.

Participants will meet across the country virtually using Zoom meeting.

Sessions will be interactive and focus on the principles of building a crisis leadership foundation.

The process will establish best practices, healthy perspectives on how to lead in difficult times, emphasize a take charge leadership mindset, and tools on how to strengthen emotional intelligence and foster innovation.

Ongoing support will be available throughout the engagement to assist leaders in strengthening and implementing crisis leadership skills.
