While many leadership training programs come as a one-time event or short-term learning experience, our process takes the time necessary to create behavioral change that lasts.
With the InitiativeOne Leadership Transformation Process, you get more. Leadership Transformation delivers 13+.
You will receive 13 3-hour sessions, plus a comprehensive PDP personality assessment, 1:1 assessment consultation, and informal coaching.
The process can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.
